He is a retired English soccer player who had a career in the English premiere league playing as a central midfielder for clubs during his professional career such as Nottingham Forest, Newcastle, Tottenham, Aston Villa, Queens Park Rangers. At international level, Jenas earned 21 caps for the England national football team, scoring one goal.
